  1. Payment Methods – You can use a variety of payment options such as Credit/ Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer and more. If you need help with any payment methods, please contact us on ja@blushbridesco.com. The information you share is secure and we will never receive your credit card information as we use secure payment platforms to process your payments.
  2. Customs Duties / Sales Tax - We follow all local state laws. There are no custom duties for delivery within USA and Australia. There may be customs duties when shipping to Canada, UK and EU.
  3. Custom and personalized orders - We offer Embroidery and Monogram options in specific colours and fonts that can be done on the back, at the front (on pocket) and on the cuffs.

    You can add your Name, Titles (Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honor, Flower Girl etc.) as well as monogram initials (single letter, 2 or 3 letters).

    For 3 letter initials, we recommend to send us in First Name, Last Name, Middle Name order.

    We will make the embroidery design as per the details mentioned in the order and will not be responsible if there are any errors while placing the order. Personalised or customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. How can I track my order? – You can track your order using our track your order link - https://blushbridesco.com/apps/parcelpanel. Also you can message us or track your order via the chat feature. 
  6. I received my order and there is a problem with my order. How do I fix it? – We must be notified within 3 days of the delivery of the package after which we may not be able to fix it. If there is a damage, faulty piece, or wrong item sent, please contact us.
  7. Bulk order / Wholesale – Please contact us as we can provide trade discounts and customise products.
