Shipping policy

1. Processing Timeline – Once you place the order, depending on the item we will take 3-7 days to process the order. As we offer personalisation on most of our products, our team takes time for personalisation.
2. Shipping Timeline – We use only reputed courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc. The transit time depends on the location, but is usually in 2-5 days.
3. Shipping Returns – Usually courier companies attempt to deliver the packages at least twice, but if the customer is not available it may be returned to us. In this case, we will have to resend the package. The customer will pay for the charges if they want the package again.
4. International Shipping – We offer international shipping to the following countries/ regions –
   1. North America – USA, Canada
   2. Europe – UK, and all EU countries
   3. UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar
   4. Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hongkong, Japan
5. International Customs, Duties and Taxes – All relevant taxes and duties will be borne by the customer and not the shipper. We will not be responsible for any returns due to non-payment of these charges.
6. International Shipping Transit Times – We use reputed courier companies such as Fedex, DHL, UPS, Aramex and other local postal companies. Transit times varies from location to location. Following are the estimated timelines –
   1. North America – USA, Canada – 3 to 5 days for express, and 10 to 15 days for standard shipping
   2. Europe – UK, and all EU countries - 3 to 5 days for express, and 10 to 15 days for standard shipping
   3. UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar – 2-4 days for express and 7 to 10 days for standard shipping
   4. Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hongkong, Japan - 3 to 5 days for express, and 10 to 15 days for standard shipping
